Examples of previous consulting and advisory projects include:
- Advised a Singapore holding company on the sale of a financial services business, which was successfully sold to a Chinese company operating a similar business
- Advised an Asian company on sale of its data centre operation, which was successfully sold to a medium sized telecom service provider (completed with LCC)
- Advised a network based security services provider on its business and financial model structuring to obtain an investor in the company (with LCC)
- Advised regional business on timing for obtaining sources of funds, and structuring messages and financial models for presentation to potential sources of funds
- Consulted for a multi-national telecoms equipment vendor to determine major market areas where it could significantly increase its business in Asia, either through M&A or internal development (with LCC)
